Hypr Hawaii Boards are distributed in Canada by HYPR Canada (Dragon Boards Inc.)

Boards are warrantied for 12 months after purchase. Dragon Boards Inc. will cover manufacturing related defects; not claims related to normal wear and tear or cosmetic flaws that do not affect the function of the product. We do not accept claims arising from mishandling, mistreatment, improper transport, impact accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs or rental use.  Warranty covers only HYPR Hawaii boards that were purchased from Dragon Boards Inc. and this coverage is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.  Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of warranty claim.  For all warranty issues call or email us and we will respond ASAP and discuss reparations.

All sales are considered final but if for some unforeseen reason you need to return the item, any UNUSED boards can be returned. All items in this case are returned at the consumers expense and risk. In addition all unused returned items will have a 15% restocking fee applied. The item must be in 100% re-sellable condition with undamaged packaging otherwise at our discretion they will be refused.

Upon delivery please check all items have not been damaged in transit before you sign for them. If any damage is visible, please ensure you sign as "Damaged" and you are within your rights to refuse and ask that they are returned to the sender. If you cannot thoroughly check the goods please sign for as ‘unchecked’. If possible it is your duty to inspect and confirm that the goods are in good condition before signing. If the goods are damaged and not signed for as such, Dragon Boards Inc. cannot accept any liability and the item will not be replaced or reimbursed.

If your order has been damaged during shipping or is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect please Call or Email us immediately.  All shipping damages need to be reported within 48 hours. Otherwise we will not accept liability for any of these problems.

If the problem is due to a mistake by Dragon Boards Inc.(wrong product / factory defect) we will arrange for collection and a replacement, or the correct item will be dispatched ASAP at our expense or offer a repair / discount should you be willing to retain the order.

The consumer uses products sold by Dragon Boards Inc. at their own risk. Dragon Boards Inc. assumes no liability for injury or death due to use of any of its products.  As with any water sport, the use of products sold by Dragon Boards Inc is not without risk.   Know your limits!  The consumer has a responsibility to adhere to all local personal water safety regulations and is encouraged to refer to Transport Canada's water safety regulations and guidelines for the safe operation of any of its products.
